Registration change to Psychiatric Service Dog for Travel

As of 1/11/2021, most airlines are no longer accepting emotional support animals. Psychiatric Service dogs, however, will still be allowed to fly. Ordering this kit will give you the paperwork that airlines now require for service dogs completely filled out; all you have to do is sign it and present it to the airlines.
